Ohio Medicaid Group VIII Assessment: A report to the Ohio General Assembly
A study released by the Ohio Department of Medicaid in 2016 that assesses the impact of Medicaid expansion on access to care, health outcomes and social determinants of health.

The Effects of Medicaid Expansion under the ACA: Updated Findings from a Literature Review
A literature review updated in 2017 that reports findings from 108 studies examining the impacts of Medicaid expansion on topics including coverage, economic impact, access to care, utilization and health outcomes.

Medicaid: A Review of the Literature
A literature review published in May 2014, several months after Medicaid expansion to adults ages 19-64, that provides an overview of the program structure and reviews findings related to enrollment and health outcomes as well as other effects including participation in other public benefits, labor force supply, and household composition (log in or purchase required).
