HPIO webinar to spotlight social drivers of violent crime

HPIO is hosting a free webinar from 11:30 to 12:30 on Tuesday, July 30, to provide data and information from the Institute’s latest brief, "Criminal Justice and Health: Social drivers of violent crime."

Speakers will give an overview of recently passed or proposed state-level policy changes that may impact community violence and a set of evidence-informed policy recommendations and implementation examples that Ohio can leverage to drive improvement. Guest speakers will highlight work at the local level to address community conditions to prevent violence.
