ODH, HPIO to host regional forums for next State Health Assessment

The Ohio Department of Health and the Health Policy Institute of Ohio are hosting a series of regional community forums to gather input for Ohio’s next State Health Assessment.

The forums -- to be held in Columbus (Central), Athens (Southeast), Dayton (Southwest), Findlay (Northwest) and Rootstown (Northeast) -- will provide stakeholders from a wide variety of sectors an opportunity to identify health-related priorities, strengths, challenges and emerging trends for all areas of the state.

The  interactive forums will enable attendees to provide input on the 2019 SHA and the next State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP) in the morning and provide input for the Maternal and Child Health Block Grant and Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Needs Assessments in the afternoon. This event is open to all stakeholders who are interested in improving health and quality of life in Ohio.

Space is limited.
