Ohio to receive $15.6 million in Medicaid settlement

Under a settlement announced Friday by Attorney General Marc Dann, Ohio will collect $15.6 million from drug maker Bristol-Myers Squibb for overcharging the state's Medicaid program through "inaccurate pricing." Dann's office also said the company "illegally marketed an anti-psychotic drug and induced physicians and pharmacists to prescribe and dispense drugs against U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulations."
