Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) can be traumatic, but the harms associated with ACEs are not inevitable. This webinar will explore factors, including financial security, that can protect against ACEs and their harms. Protective factors can exist at the community, interpersonal and individual levels. 

Speakers from the Ohio Children’s Trust Fund and the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce will describe programs and policies at their agencies that encourage protective factors among Ohio children and families.
