A review and discussion of the HPIO publication Connections between education and health. The webinar provided an overview of the brief developed by HPIO to give policymakers and other stakeholders a better understanding of the relationship between education and health. Guest speakers offered additional insights into how information in the brief can be used in the education and health sectors. The webinar covered a variety of topics including:
- Health status and educational attainment among Ohioans
- Ways in which education impacts health outcomes
- How health can affect educational success
- Topics to be addressed in future HPIO publications on education and health
