At age 25, U.S. adults without a high school diploma can expect to die 9 years sooner than college graduates. This forum will explore the strong relationship between education and health with a focus on state-level opportunities to improve health policy in ways that will support early childhood and k-12 education goals, such as third grade reading proficiency, as well as education policies likely to improve child health and well-being.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing to Sarah Dorn at sdorn@hpio.net. The last day to cancel registration for a full refund is one week prior to the event (Sept. 8, 2016). A cancellation fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund for all cancellations received after Sept. 8. If you do not send us notification of cancellation prior to the event on Sept. 15, you will be required to remit the full amount of the registration fee. Those who do not remit payment will be required to pay in advance for any future events.
Note for State Employees and LegislatorsForum registration fee can be waived for all State of Ohio executive branch employees, legislators and staff. However, state employees, legislators and staff that are reportable persons should note that their attendance at the event is subject to JLEC disclosure if their forum registration fee is waived.There is no fee waiver for forum registration where CLE is requested.Reportable persons are required to file a financial disclosure form (FDS) with JLEC.
