Expanding Medicaid in Ohio: County-level analysis

A policy brief (pdf, 12 pages) detailing the county-level impact of a potential Medicaid expansion. The brief provides projections of coverage effects for each county, as well as fiscal effects.  The brief was created as part of the Ohio Medicaid Expansion Study, a research partnership between the Health Policy Institute of Ohio, the Ohio State University, Regional Economic Models, Inc., and the Urban Institute.
