HPIO extends deadline for stakeholder survey

The Health Policy Institute of Ohio has extended the deadline for our annual stakeholder survey. The survey is an opportunity to inform HPIO’s work and help the Institute assess its effectiveness.

The deadline for the 11-question survey has been extended to Monday, Jan. 14. 

Upon completion of the five-minute survey, participants can enter a drawing to win a free registration to an HPIO event in 2019. Five winners will be selected.
