HPIO seeks stakeholder feedback on its work

The Health Policy Institute of Ohio is asking all of its stakeholders and partners to complete a brief survey to assess the Institute’s work and effectiveness.

HPIO values the input of its stakeholders and will use the feedback to plan its future work. The deadline for the 2015 Annual Stakeholder Survey is Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2016. The survey takes 3-5 minutes to complete for most respondents.

Once the survey is completed, respondents can enter a drawing to win a free registration to an HPIO event in 2016. Five winners will be selected.
