HPIO releases RFP for data analysis consultant

The Health Policy Institute of Ohio has released a request for proposal for a data analysis consultant to assist the Institute’s health measurement initiative. The RFP was released June 11 and proposals are due to HPIO by July 3.

In an effort to better track Ohio’s progress in improving health care value, HPIO is continuing to work on creating a comprehensive dashboard of health outcome and cost measures to track the state’s progress in improving health value. The list of 100-plus metrics HPIO will use in the dashboard was finalized in May and the consultant hired through the RFP process will be charged with compiling the data to create concise, easy-to-read dashboards to illustrate how Ohio ranks compared to other states.
