Help inform the work of HPIO

The Health Policy Institute of Ohio is looking for stakeholder input to inform our work.

Please take a moment to complete our 2013 Annual HPIO Stakeholder Survey by Monday, January 6th. 

The anonymous survey, which takes approximately 10 minutes to complete, asks individuals to rate the quality and effectiveness of HPIO’s work and to provide suggestions for ways we can improve our impact on health policy in Ohio in 2014. 

Also this year, we are asking specific questions about HPIO’s website. We will be undertaking a major redesign of our site in early 2014 and want to incorporate your feedback and suggestions into the new design.
