Ohio, Michigan health information exchanges announce partnership

Officials with the organizations that operate the health information exchanges in Ohio and Michigan announced this week an agreement to link medical records in the two states (Source: “Electronic health record collaborative CliniSync links with Michigan counterpart” Columbus Business First, March 27, 2013).

CliniSync, the health information exchange operated by the Ohio Health Information Partnership, on Wednesday announced that it has established an encrypted email relationship with Michigan Health Connect.
