The move means the two hospital systems will be electronically linked to about half the medical centers in the state, according to the Ohio Health Information Partnership, the nonprofit group that manages the health information exchange. About 21 hospital systems around Ohio are using the statewide system that is funded by $14.8 million in federal money.
