Health care survey launches in northeast Ohio

Community Health Partners in Lorain County, Ohio, is surveying its residents in order to gather input on health care issues (Source: "Lorain County Community Health Partners to survey residents on health care," The Plain Dealer, Oct. 24, 2008). Called "1000 Voices," the survey kicked off today in an attempt to gauge the impact of national health care issues on the people of Lorain County.

County residents can participate at health screenings throughout the region or online at community-health-partners.com/1000voices. Government, community and business leaders will have opportunities to offer their opinions at special Town Hall Meetings.

Community Health Partners will share detailed results of the community survey upon completion. The organization will also detail the steps it will take to respond to the needs.
