Ohio Chamber of Commerce appoints health-care policy director

According to an item in the Columbus Dispatch, the Ohio Chamber of Commerce has appointed Carrie A. Haughawout director of the Ohio Small Business Council. The council represents businesses with fewer than 400 employees. Haughawout, who most recently worked for the American Health Freedom Coalition, will be responsible for the chamber's health-care policy activities.
