Ohio Medicaid False Claims Act

Rep. Jim Hughes, R-Columbus, is sponsoring House Bill 355, the Ohio Medicaid False Claims Act, which would allow individuals to file civil suits on behalf of the state against anyone who knowingly defrauds the Medicaid program.
