Ohio Health Data and Research Conference Dec. 13 and 14

Registration is open through Monday for the 2007 Ohio Health Data and Research Conference, which will be held on December 13 and 14 in Columbus. Sponsored by the Health Policy Institute of Ohio in collaboration with the Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati, the conference will focus on enhancing the application of Ohio-specific research and policy through exposure to health data sources and information contained within the state. Topics to be covered include health systems data, health information technology, access to care, public health, mental health, health disparities, family violence, health surveys, and Medicaid. Speakers will include the Honorable Jim Raussen, State Representative, District 28, and Director Mary Jo Hudson of the Ohio Department of Insurance.
