1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
For many Ohioans, the cost of basic necessities, including food and health care, is outpacing their income. Recent state and federal policy changes will likely further affect healthcare affordability and the ability of Ohioans to access what they need to be healthy.
This webinar will include information from HPIO’s series on healthcare access and affordability in Ohio, which examines recent changes to state and federal policy. A panel of Ohio service providers will then discuss the affordability concerns in their communities, how their organizations are adapting to the changing policy environment, and what state policymakers need to know about the challenges Ohioans are facing.
Speakers and panelists
- Brian O’Rourke, PhD, Healthcare Policy Analyst, HPIO
- Rose Frech, MSW, LSW, Director of External Affairs, Integrated Services for Behavioral Health
