State Health Assessment (SHA) regional forums

In October 2018, the Health Policy Institute of Ohio hosted a series of regional community forums on behalf of the Ohio Department of Health. These forums provided stakeholders from a wide variety of sectors with an opportunity to identify health-related priorities, strengths, challenges and emerging trends for all areas of the state. The information gathered during these forums will inform the next State Health Assessment (SHA), State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP) and the Maternal and Child Health Block Grant and Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Needs Assessments.
