The Health Policy Institute of Ohio is partnering with organizations from other Midwestern states to host “The Midwest Forum on Hospitals, Health Systems and Population Health.” The Forum will bring together organizations and key stakeholders dedicated to improving the health of all Americans. Submit an abstract by August 11
The Midwest Forum on Hospitals, Health Systems and Population Health is seeking abstracts from stakeholders in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin to highlight successes and lessons learned related to the forum topics. Abstracts are due by 11:59pm CT on Friday, August 11, 2017. Abstracts can be submitted to:
