Outdoor Air Quality Advisory Group

Outdoor Air Quality Advisory Group

Poor outdoor air quality contributes to poor health outcomes, starting before birth and continuing through the end of life. Exposure to pollution has links to respiratory conditions, cardiovascular disease and infant mortality. Air pollutants also lead to warmer temperatures, which have a major impact on the environment. This advisory group will inform a fact sheet on the connections between outdoor air quality and health, as a spin-off of HPIO’s  2021 Health Value Dashboard.

If you have questions about this project or feedback to share, please contact Jacob Santiago (jsantiago@hpio.net).
