On Nov. 14, 2011, the U.S. Supreme Court announced that it would review the constitutionality of several aspects of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (also known as the ACA, "Obamacare," or the "health reform law"). Given the complexity of this issue, and the potential impact of the Court’s ruling on health policy in Ohio, the Health Policy Institute of Ohio has created this resource page to inform Ohio policymakers and those who influence them. If you find a resource that you think should be added to this page, please contact HPIO Communications Manager Nick Wiselogel.
