Expanding Medicaid in Ohio: Preliminary analysis of likely effects (pdf, 51 pages) Preliminary results of an independent analysis of potential Medicaid expansion in Ohio. The study was conducted by a research partnership between the Health Policy Institute of Ohio, the Ohio State University, Regional Economic Models, Inc., and the Urban Institute.
